    If you’ve already contacted the merchant and are unable to resolve a transaction, you may be able to file a dispute. To file a dispute for a Cash Card transaction, you will need to select the transaction in Cash App. To do so:

    Tap the Activity tab on your Cash App home screen
    Select the transaction in question and tap the in the top right corner of the screen
    Select Need Help & Cash App Support
    Tap Dispute this Transaction

    How to delete your Cash App account

    On the Banking tab, tap “Cash Out.” Grace Eliza Goodwin/Insider.
    Tap your profile icon.
    Select “Support” in the list of options.
    Choose “Something Else” from the list of options.
    Tap “Account Settings.”
    Select “Close my Cash App Account.”
    Tap “Confirm” to close your account.

    To activate your Cash Card using the QR code:
    Tap the Cash Card tab on your Cash App home screen
    Tap the image of your Cash Card
    Tap Activate Cash Card
    Tap OK when your Cash App asks for permission to use your camera
    Scan the QR code

    If you no longer have the QR Code:
    Tap the Cash Card tab on your Cash App home screen
    Tap the image of your Cash Card
    Tap Activate Cash Card
    Tap Use CVV Instead
    Enter the CVV code and expiration date of your new Cash Card

    If your account is lock due to any reason. You can activate it again by following the instructions mentioned below:

    Firstly, you need to login to the Cash App account.
    Now, go to the profile which is on the home screen of the Cash App.
    Select the option “Support” which is at the bottom of the profile page.
    Reach out to the support regarding the locked Cash App account.
    You will also receive the confirmation email from Cash App support along with the time to unlock the account.
    Once the verification part is successfully your account will activate.

    First of all, launch the cash app application on your mobile device. You can also open the cash app website and follow the steps.
    After that go to the profile icon on the Cash app home screen.
    Click on the “Personal” option. Now follow the on-screen prompts and finally enter your cash app details. Make sure to provide the correct email id and contact number so that cash app representatives can call you to clarify the issue.
    With this, you will be able to access your old Cash app account.

    How to check Cash App Card balance

    Launch Cash App on your Phone
    Sign in to your Cash App account.
    Click the $ sign on the right side displayed on opening the Cash App.
    The Cash App balance will be displayed on the main page
    Visit the dashboard of the app next to a United States Dollar ($) sign to view your Cash App card balance.
    Balance can also be seen in the top center of the app’s screen.
    Alternatively, call 1-800-969-1940 to get information about the available funds in your Cash App.
    Click to return to the homepage after viewing your Cash App balance.

    Your account might have been created using a different phone number or email address. If you’ve recently changed either, you will need to sign in using the phone number or email connected to that account. To do so:

    Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen
    Tap Sign Out
    Then enter the phone number or email associated with the account you wish to access
    Follow the prompts
    If you have trouble logging in, contact Support.

    Try this:
    Open the “Cash App” application on your device.
    You will see a “$” option in the middle of the screen. Click on the “My Cash” or “$” tab.
    Tap on the “Cash out” tab available on the screen below your total Cash app balance.
    Enter the amount that you want to transfer to your bank.
    Once you’ve entered the amount correctly recheck it again.
    Tap again on the “Cash Out” button.
    Now a pop-up will appear on the screen asking to choose the deposit speed. If you want the funds immediately then choose the instant deposit, you can choose for a standard deposit.
