You need to have the WP ERP and WooCommerce installed on the same site or subsite. It’s not possible to sync the orders from a separate installation/site.
1. You can not customize the already have fields but you can add more fields with the custom field builder: https://wperp.com/downloads/custom-field-builder/
2. Email field is required by database. No way to make it optional.
An Employee requires to be under the ‘Employee’ user role but an admin required to be an ‘Administrator’ role. So, no, you are not in the right way. Please manage a separate account with the Employee role. And you can have the HR Manager or any other manager role along with the Employee, if you want to have access all over the ERP system.
We have tesdted it in several ways but was not able to reproduce the problem. I assume you are somehow facing the problem on your site specifically. In that case, I’d recommend you to contact our support directly. We’ll take care 🙂
Thanks for contacting our support. It was not a WPERP HR frontend issue, somehow your redirecting plugin was causing the problem.September 6, 2020 at 9:53 pm in reply to: CRM managers cannot see contacts and activitites created by me or other managers #80066
Let me describe how CRM contacts work:
-> Contacts and their activities can be seen by the contacts owners only, if you are an Agent. An agent can not see other agent’s contacts or activity.
-> Manager can see all. All the contacts event if it owns by other agents as Manager has all the rights to see all.
So, please make sure you do not have an agent role, rather, you have a CRM manager role from your user profile. Reference screenshot: https://prnt.sc/onr99a
Thanks for taking our attention to this. Yes, we are having some problems with the integration somehow- which we are taking care of. Please keep patience, we’ll fix it soon.
Yes, we have discontinued the Email Campaign extension, bur for a Good reason!
We brought integration with the most powerful email campaign plugin, weMail. You can use weMail instead, you’ll get all the features that was available in Email Campaign extension along with a lots of bonus features!
I do not see any relation with Listeo but you mentioned, ‘how to maintain the contacts data with WordPress users data ?’- Where I’m a bit confused. What did you exactly meant by the maintain? Did you refer to the synchronization or something?
ThanksAugust 27, 2020 at 9:03 pm in reply to: Aging Report (Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable) #79501
You can check the ‘Awaiting Payment’ status transections in that case- which is available under the transaction. You can filter like this way: https://prnt.sc/u6xlk7
Also, you can check ‘Ledger Report’ for the Accounts Payable but that’s doesn’t offer filtering the dates.
Please contact our support center directly with the issue. We’ll investigate the issue.
All types of Employees are being considered as Employees. So, yes, they are eligible for the leave entitlement.
I’m afraid that it’s not possible by default. You can just choose the roles and life stages of it. Not the role-based life stages.
The error indicates somehow a required database table is missing while you have installed WP ERP. In this type of cases, installing WP ERP again by deactivating it solves the problem.
Would you please try that and let us know? If that doesn’t help, then we’ll require to create the table manually on your database. Contact our support for the further help.
ThanksAugust 23, 2020 at 10:38 am in reply to: how to show contact group as a column in leads listing page ? #78935
You’ll require to customize the contact listing page in that case to have a separate column. Also, you’ll require to write some custom codes to bring the contact group based on the contacts.
Unfortunatley, we are unable to help over the customization directly but if you require any file location or action/filter. Feel free to reach our support center.
