    Thank you for the reply. Noted your point regarding multiple channels. Erica had sent me the above reply by email and I have replied to her on the 26th of Dec with further queries and have also attached screenshots. Awaiting her reply to my email.

    Hi Folks,

    Just wanted to update that the issue mentioned in my first post has been resolved. When adding to either module, the plugin checks the email ID and reports that the customer is present and asks if the customer is to imported.

    Hence above issue resolved.
