Frequently Asked Questions
Is the free version actually free, or does it expire?
It’s completely free with no expiry. You get all three core modules — HR, CRM, and Accounting — at no cost, with no user limits. You only pay if you need premium extensions or advanced features on top of that.
Who counts as a ‘user’ in the per-user pricing?
Only active business users count: employees, HR managers, HR recruiters, CRM managers, CRM agents, and accounting managers. Regular clients, collaborators, or contacts in your CRM do not count toward your user total.
Can I start with a lower plan and upgrade later?
Yes. You can start with Starter or Growth and move up to Scale or Enterprise as your team grows. You won’t lose any of your existing data or setup when you upgrade.
Do higher plans include all the features from lower plans?
Yes. Each plan builds on the one below it. Scale includes everything in Growth, Growth includes everything in Starter, and so on. You’re always moving up, never trading features sideways.
Can I use WP ERP on a client’s website?
Yes, you can install and manage WP ERP on a client site. Each installation covers one WordPress site though, so a separate license is needed per site.
Does WP ERP work on WordPress multisite?
It works on a single WordPress installation within a multisite network, but it cannot span multiple sub-sites of the same network. Each site needs its own setup.
What happens to my data if I cancel my Pro plan?
Your data stays intact. You keep access to the free core modules and everything you’ve set up. You just lose access to the premium extensions you were paying for.
Can I try it before committing to a paid plan?
Yes. The free core version is available directly from WordPress.org with no credit card required. There’s also a live demo at wperp.com/demo if you want to explore it before installing anything.
Do I need technical or coding knowledge to set up WP ERP?
No. WP ERP is built for non-technical business owners. You install it like any standard WordPress plugin, and the setup walks you through each module. No developer is needed to get started.
What’s the difference between Scale and Enterprise?
Scale is a fixed plan with a defined feature set, including deep integrations, automation, and mobile access. Enterprise is fully customized — the pricing, features, and onboarding are tailored specifically to your team’s size and business requirements.
Does WP ERP have a mobile app, and which plan includes it?
Yes, there’s a mobile app available for both iOS and Android. It comes included with the Scale plan, so you can manage your business operations on the go without needing a separate purchase.
