Payment button does not work in payment voucher page

First, I would really appreciated for your awesome WP plugin which I added that to my plugin list, recently. In addition, I found it really useful, however, I was added some payment vouchers and payment button does not work anymore. I would be grateful if you will help me to solve this problem.
