Hello, i’ve been using the ERP Plugin for quite a long time now, around 2 years, and during this time i’ve bought a few add ons to make it work better.
Now i’m having a HUGE problem with the Document Manager add-on, and to be honest, its a problem of you guys in my opinion.When you have an employee profile in the HR module and also a company on the CRM module they share the same folders and files that have the same ID in their profile.
For example employee with ID 2, will have the same folders and files that the company with ID 2.That just makes no sense, why would i want that ?.. they’re COMPLETELY different things and modules, with really different purpose.
I tried with a fresh install and got the same problem, i also tried using the “Demo” option that you guys have in this site.

Hello Juac,
This is unexpected if this is not the same person with the same email address! If they are two different people with different email addresses but getting the file shared just because of the same ID in HR and CRM, then it’s a bug and we need to sort it out very soon.
We are always ready to provide immediate fixes for these kinds of problems. So, I’d recommend you contact us with the mode tails on it like if they are the same people with the same email ID or hence. You can fill this form-> wperp.com/contact/

We found the issue and informed our development team already. We are hoping to fix that issue urgently and release it soon.

Hey, thanks for the quick answer!. I sent an email in the Contact section as well.
Hope you guys can fix it soon because it gave me a huuuuuuuge problem and at the end i had to deactivate the CRM module. -

I saw a new update today in the main plugin and i didn’t see this included, so i guess you’ve to update the add on instead of the main plugin or am i wrong ?
