I am trying to get the CRM element of ERP working to receive emails. I have the correct imap settings in the ERP Settings > Settings > Emails > IMAP/POP3 and the tests work correctly through there but emails I send to my crm email address are not picked up by the system.
Please could you give me some indication of where to start trouble shooting?!
