Custom field builder file upload option

By default no, there is no such option to add a field for uploading file(s). If you need it badly, then you can achieve it by customizing it.

Actually no, this is not listed for future development right now.
For customization, you can hire a plugin developer from any marketplace who has a good knowledge of ERP system.
