Hi! I am trying to import users from CRM to Accounting but seems like it just does not want to work automatically :/

Hello,
You do not need to import them manually. You just need to have the synchronization enabled. Reference screenshot: https://prnt.sc/wkrd6r
I hope this helps.
Thanks

Hello Mr. Hasan,
I have read through previous threads on this matter and cleared cache as you suggested. I tried to deactivate and reactivate the plugin. I have double checked my settings and read through the documentation. I am willing to believe that another plugin is conflicting but I haven’t found it yet.
When importing, it says they are succeeding but they aren’t showing in the accounting module. When I manually add a new contact with a new email address, it show in the list of customers. When I add a contact manually that is already in the CRM module, it says the contact is created but it doesn’t show in the list.
I will continue to try to resolve the issue and update if I find one. If you know what I need to do correctly, please let me know. -

Same as the previous response, tried everything but the software refuses me to enter existing CRM customers as Accounting customers. Also the auto import function does not work. Not able to generate any invoices on the system for any existing customer listed on CRM.
Please fix -

In case anybody needs help:
- in case you switched on synchronisation, ONLY NEW contacts created in CRM module wil be “exported-duplicated” into ACCOUNTING module. All previously created contacts in CRM module will remain visible only in CRM module.
- After you switch on synchronization, you must create users in CRM module. If you create user in ACCOUNTING module, they will not be exported into CRM module.
