After I’ve created a user in WPERP HR, if I try to update the user’s profile I get the error “User with the same email address already exist. Please try with different email.”. I’m not sure if this is a bug or if it’s a plugin conflict, but I haven’t found any so far. Please advise. Thanks!
Same issue, has this been resolved or not? I would image everyone is having this issue so can you please issue a plugin update or not make everyone open a support ticket?
The issue has been resolved in our developing version of WP ERP.
We will update WP ERP with new features and few fixes. That’s why it’s going to take a bit time.
So, if it’s urgent for you, you can just create a support ticket through this link: https://wperp.com/discussions/ We will then provide you the fixed version.
Otherwise please be patient for the update.
