This would be great to send a welcome letter, 1st, 2nd or 3rd warning letters and a termination of contract letter to specific employees. Right now the only way I can see to do this is to make it an announcement to a specific employee. But that poor employee will think it’s been announced to everyone! Be great if you could add a suitable feature for this in future. That said, excellent product so far!
