  Hi, I’m not sure how long its been this bug, but for sure for a couple updates.
  
  I just realized that when you terminate an employee it changes the status, but it doesn’t update the termination_date in the data base. I checked with a clean install and got the same problem.
  
  This is a huge problem for peopel that work with for example the attendance plugin since it will shwo you always the person, since it has 000-00-00 termination_date (the default)

  From the v1.3.0 (Jan 09) in advance you can’t update the termination_date when you terminate an employee.

  I FOUND THE ERROR
  
  In the file modules/hrm/inclues/models/employee.php
  In line 29, it says ‘termination_datA’,
  It should be ‘termination_datE’,
