      Is there a setting where I can have each CRM agent only allowed to see the contacts they own and not the entire database of contacts?
      Right now everyone can see everyones contacts and I only want the CRM agents to see only the contacts they own and no one else’s.

      Thanks for writing on WP ERP forum.
      In WP ERP there are no such settings by-default.
      But, you can achieve it by customizing WP ERP plugin if you want.

      @ericm757,

      You have to make changes in the permissions of WP ERP -> CRM and you can make these changes by hiring a developer.
      We’ll surely try to assist you by providing information like- if your developer needs to know any file location or existing hook or filter.

      I have interest in this role too. Like add check box under name (Only) beside or under the contact owner for each customer.

      You can add this check box field by customizing WP ERP -> CRM.

      I need this role as well. It seems to me it should be easy to build in – all the required information and functionality are already present, just need to hook everything up. Sure would rather buy than build, however – just makes more sense to me for support and compatibility going forward…

      Imagine a scenario where two agents are adding same contacts somehow. Then?
      So we think that every agent should be able to see all the contacts.

      I have hired a developer and he wants to know which file to be edited. But it would have been better if you provided the edited file if the editing work is not much, this would have made our work very easy as it is being requested by many users.
