Hi, we moved on to the custom field builder after the inbound email is solved.
For the first, I created some new fields for company info, but after input of information, the field content wouldn’t save. They get lost.The second, how can we have a thorough view of all the fields created in the company? So far, the overview only shows the basic info of the company in the overview section.

I just checked your site and found the reason of the issue. You were using the old version of WP ERP. I just updated WP ERP and “Custom Field Builder” extension is working perfectly now.
And about the view of Company basic information:-
Right now, it is due to the default feature of WP ERP. We will make some changes in future releases to show more information in the CRM/Company page.Thanks 🙂
