Adding a new customer or salesperson using the “Contact E-mail Detect” feature doesn’t work consistently. For obscure reasons it stops detecting the similar e-mail address and proposes to import the contact in the customers or vendors section of the accounting module. We can only completely rewrite the contact information in the accounting module …
I tried different methods to try to fix the problem, but the only one that works, is to remove the “wp-erp” plugin, then install the “erp-cleaner-master” plugin to enable it to remove the entries of the database and reinstall the wp-erp plugin to finally reimport the data …. What’s not really a very effective method … At the analysis of the database I have nothing seen of abnormal in the inscription of the data …
Actually, we are not facing any problem while adding new customer by using an existing email address. And if you are facing any problem while importing that is really unfortunate. I would like to suggest you to create a ticket at “[email protected]” to get direct support from the support engineers.
