      Hi,
      Is it possible to see the emails sent and received to various contacts of a company, to and from different users of the WpErp?
      Regards,

      @vivmajor,
      Actually, I am a little bit confused by your question. So it would be great if you can elaborate your question a bit more.
      BTW let me inform you that, you can monitor all the emails sent to and received from the contacts of a company by using a separate CRM agent.

      Thank you πŸ™‚

      1. Ok so let me elaborate:
      Contacts of a company ABC – Mr A ,Ms B & Mr C
      Users of CRM – User1, User2, User3
      Each of the user should be able to see all the emails sent to Mr A ,Ms B & Mr C from User1, User2, User3
      Also, Each of the user should be able to see all the emails sent by Mr A ,Ms B & Mr C to any of User1, User2, User3
      Hope it helps!
      2. I could not follow “using a separate CRM agent.”

      Thanks!

      @vivmajor,
      Yeah, great example. It really helped me to understand.
      You can easily achieve this by making all of the User1, User2, User3 as “CRM Manager”

      Thanks πŸ™‚

      Great!
      We would like this list of emails to be displayed in the dashboard while viewing the Company.
      I hope this is how it would be, right?
      Thanks!

      @vivmajor,
      Actually, lists of emails are visible in the contact’s profile page right now.

      Thanks πŸ™‚

      I logged in as a CRM Manager.
      Can’t see any Dashboard.
      Do we need to set permissions for the role CRM Manager?

      Thanks

      @vivmajor,
      No, if you have logged in as a CRM Manager you should see CRM in the menu bar like this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/f8pu9q

      Thanks πŸ™‚
