I like separated contacts for departaments

  Hi, i need separated contacts of diseny departament and comercial departament.
  Y don´t like that diseny can see contacts of comercial, and reverse, is posible?

  Right now, one agent can see the contacts added by another agent. But if you want to change the permission then you will need to customize the Agent role in CRM.
