      Hello,

      Regarding creation of email templates….

      Carriage returns are not getting saved properly. Also, hyperlinks are are not getting saved properly.

      For example, I tried to create a template for my multi-line email signature. While viewing a contact I start new email using this template. All the text appears on one line, and the hyperlink is missing.

      This seems like a bug, is there a different/better place to report?

      Yes, Bob. The personal support is the better place to discuss the paid extension- which includes premium support as well.
