Remove wp user not working

  “Remove wp user on removing employee” is not working. When I delete from HR module, the user still remains in WP Users.
  
  My user account has Administrator + HR Manager + Employee permissions.
  
  Please advise. Thanks

  It works after I Permanently Delete the user from Trash.
