I am thinking about using WP ERP for my next project, but was wondering if I could use it in the following manner:
We will have one main domain and subdomain. This is what I want to achieve:
Main Domain:
1) This will host WooCommerce and be the frontend for the customers buying productsSub Domain :
1) Install WP ERP on this (for load balancing reasons)Now will I be able to connect WP – ERP to the main domain to receive the WooCommerce data, will they be able to sync? If so, how is this done?

I think you should consider this scenario. Running an ERP sytem + wooCommerce on the same platform is bad for two reasons, single point of failure and performance.
Please consider building a connector which can sync data between domain and subdomain. Because of this missing feature I wont be buying your plugin…
For larger scale sites many use redundancy and subdomains so this makes sense.
