  How can i change my approve employee from HR manager to reporting employee, exist any solution for that, because only HR Manager can do this.

  Thanks for writing on our forum at first.
  At the moment, only HR Manager and admin can approve leave requests. But if you need to make a separate role for this, then you have to customize WP ERP and add a new role.

  In Job Role definition, REPORTING TO is identified.
  
  Would be logical to use this to enable REPORTING MANAGER to approve leave? Should a new role be required for the same?

  We have the plan to bring such feature actually. Definitely, a new role will be needed for that.
