Hello, sorry for all the comments but my staff is unable to delete or rename leave policies or leave types (after they have been attached to policies) They have made many policies which are redundant to other policies and are now confusing other HR managers using the system. How do I remove these extra entries? Will I have to edit the database? If so, can you give me a quick overview as to where and what table needs updated. Thanks!

Leave policies can be deleted if that policy has not been entitled/assigned to the employee. So, first, check if you have that policy assigned to any employee.
If it doesn’t help, contact our support center directly.

We’re also having this issue. We are unable to delete leave policies and/or leave types. This is a critical error imo.
There are no users assigned to any policies/types. We have deleted all dummy data with the hope to start again but leave policies and types remain and cannot be deleted.
Please advise – are you aware of this issue and working on a fix? Also, what is the best way to contact support directly? I can’t seem to find a support option on your website.

Update: We have discovered that enabling debug mode allows us to delete the leave policies. We are still unable to delete the leave type.
