HR FRONT END Issue

  I have set up employees in system but when I allow them to log into site from Wp login with email and password created as user (Employee Role) They are logged into a reduced version of Wp back office and not redirected to FRONT END HR as I have specified in settings for Front End.
  
  Been at this for 5 months and can’t get it to work, what am I missing? Where is the support documentation for this issue. Yes I have looked at Doc info for plugin and set it up but It doesn’t work as advertised or I’m missing a setting not show anywhere on your site that I can find.

  I have but no response, nothing in support conversation, no confirmation email. Is this the extent of support I can expect to receive as a business owner who invested into their software at this level. Does it really take 24hrs to have a response to support inquiries? Most of these were not really ready for release in the first place and have not really been thought through as we see it since March 2020?

  Thanks for contacting our support. It was not a WPERP HR frontend issue, somehow your redirecting plugin was causing the problem.
