We don’t have calendar or scheduler for CRM agents right now.
But yes, each agent can log in to the system and add customers.

WP ERP is capable to bring the first name, last name and email address from contact form 7 by default. To bring additional fields or data you will need to customize WP ERP.

Navigate to ERP Settings -> Settings -> HR -> HR Frontend and set any slug and Save changes!
Now it will work for sure.

There is no such limitation actually. Please double check that you are seeing the same amount (20) on the overview page of the HR Management.
