How to Schedule a Recurrence

Step 1: Go to Your Projects Dashboard
Click on any of your planned projects. Here, you will redirect to your dashboard. Now click the Task Lists.
Step 2: Set a Recurrence by Weekly/ Monthly/ Annually
- Name your task
- Click on the recurrence loop icon from the right side
- Select a (weekly/ monthly/ annually) recurrence option
- Finally, (after completing other options) click on the check button
- You will see a green loop on the right side of the task
Step 3: Setting a Recurrence by Date
- Select a recurrence (weekly/ monthly/ annually)
- Select the number of repeating (1/ 2/ 3)
- Choose expiration Date
- Specify the time duration for every task
- Finally, click on the Done button
Step 4: Setting a Recurrence by Occurrence
- Select a recurrence (for example- monthly)
- Select the date of the month (1st to 31st of the month)
- Choose expiration After Occurrence
- Finalize the number of occurrences for each task (0 to infinite)
- Mention the time duration for each task
- Finally, click on the Done button

How to Check the Task Scheduler?
You can check the proficiency of this model so easily. According to your scheduled time, you will see the same new task on your task list including all the sub-tasks, assigned people and time duration, etc. And the task will be created as a child under your parent task.
Question 1: Is it possible to edit if I have once scheduled my recurring task?
Answer: Yes, you can do it. Go to your dashboard> select Task list> click on recurring loop. From here, you can edit the scheduling smoothly.
Question 2: How can I cancel a recurring task after scheduling?
Answer: Firstly select the task> click on recurring loop> select “No” on Repeat option. Your recurring task will be canceled.
Question 3: What is on date and after occurrence?
Answer: If you choose a recurrence by a week, the module will allow you to set an exact date when you need re-create the task. Also, you have an alternative to set the deadline by the Occurrence (how much time you need to recreate the task).
You can just select the “After Occurrence” expiration if you have choosen a monthly or annual recurring option. On date option can’t be choosen directly.
So, when you choose a monthly or annual time duration, it’s clear that the task would require several occurrences.
Thus the module enable you to choose the occurrence option only. When you have just one occurrence, undoubtedly you can set that by selecting the number.
Question 4: When I will choose occurrence and duration date, will that time duration applicable for each occurrence separately or only for 1st occurrence?
Answer: Separately for each occurrence. Suppose you have build an annual recurring and set 5 occurrences with a 2-day duration. For completing each of your occurrences, you will get 2 days.
