I have just purchased and downloaded the WP ERP – Document Manager extension v1.1.2.However, nothing shows up on the contact details as per your tutorial. There are no errors in the logs, and no console errors. I have cleared caches.
I am using WP-ERP core v1.3.10

I trade products with some customer/vendors. For example, I have someone make a base for me, I then pay him with a table top. The base cost is 100 and the table cost is 100.

Hi, How do I customize a plugin?
1. I want to autofill customer address on Billing Address based on which customer is selected,
2. I want to increase logo size on the invoice and to move Discount and Tax fields to be beneath the Subtotal Tab. If I am able to do this, I will have to edit the invoice width and height to accommodate these changes.Topic: HRM Leave policy
I have created 2 policies in my test implementation. Both have been assigned to employees. One is annual leave 22 days and other is Sick leaves 10 days.
When a user go to new leave request one of the policies will not work giving a message “Sorry you donot have any leave left under this leave policy” where as clearly there are 22 leaves left to be taken.
We are evaluating on the latest version on WordPress 4.9.6
ERP version 1.3.10
Kindly advise is this a known issue or i should not be creating multiple policies.

Please notify this thread when you have made Number 1 and 2 changes Shawon, I really appreciate your reception of this advice because your product can benefit a lot of small businesses from having to pay high prices for ERP and CRM software.
Being a small business owner should not deprive one of business solutions because of high costs. I have I intend to purchase the multisite package and resell to small businesses in my Country.
Businesses like salons and eateries.
The Invoice really is not convenient, currently, we cannot even insert company bank account as most companies do not use e-commerce thus rely on printed or pdf versions.
Whilst I am here, how can I enable the feature to make telephone calls from WP ERP?
Is it possible to bypass the autofill customer on Invoice for non-customers? the journal is not prerry enough and lacks details compared to invoice. The need for a double entry might cause confusion to client with no accounting knowledge.Maybe have a Receipt?

=> Yes, the memo field will not be exported in the PDF.
But if you want this badly, then you may need to customize the exporter.=>How do I achieve this?
2. How can I edit the field “Company Details” “Companies” and “Contacts” fields to write my own field names? I want to use it at church.
=> There is a simple way. Follow the same way that we use to translate a plugin.
In the pot file, edit the strings and keep others as it is. Simple 🙂=>I tried to do this, first by using the LOCO plugin. The changes would be saved by the plugin but they do not reflect on the website (I am using Localhost).
I then tried manually using the POedit software, I save the new language file in the same folder in the plugin directory but the changes do not reflect.When I use the plugin, it gives a notice that my website is using American English. On the “Writing” settings tab, I cannot locate the “Langauge” were I would change to the language I have edited.
When I use POEDIT software, I cannot locate language folder on the main WordPress folders.
3. Can I delete system fields in Chart of Accounts?

no. 3 is soved: yay!
no. 4 is taken care of to some extend: I can work with it (though would love more control like number of digits)That leaves only the first two points that need attention from my perspective: Good work guys!
no. 1 is obvious: I think anyone can relate
no. 2 adding a background PDF with all legal data on it will be enough for me to enable me to work with it, I think this is common practice in most CRM/Accounting/invoicing software and saves you from developing extensive lay-out functions (which will be appreciated in the end as a nice addition anyway).In reply to: Bug report: Termination Date

Folder:
erp/i18n/statesin the insertion of the French contact do not leave the departments, the select is empty.
is it possible to have it?

Firstly thanks for your support and revert to the issue we are facing.
The link you have shared for the setting I have done all the setting as per the documentation. Still, I am not getting the HR dashboard where an employee can do check in and check out.
After uploading the attendance plugin we faced new issues which are mentioned below –
1. I am not able to see the leave menu tab in the left-hand menu for any user
2. I am not able to add the holiday’s nothing happens when I click add holiday button
3. I have entitled 12 leaves to all employee, but still, I don’t get the leave calendar on HR dashboard. So employee cant apply for leave.I checked some solution on the forum about the issue and I did some as mentioned below
4. I upgraded PHP and MY SQL to higher version as required.
5. Upgraded SoapClient, DOMDocument, Multibyte string.I have checked the status in the ERP menu and all looks ok and every requirement is fulfilled as per the standard.
These all issue started after I uploaded the attendance plugin. Now please help me.

MahendraThere is some translation issues ( erp-recruitment) in the following paths:
/plugins/erp-recruitment/templates/shortcode-job-list.php
I changed above file in line 31 to view translated _minimum_experience and in line 60 I had to change file to view correct i18n date
also there is no string for _e( $employment_type, ‘wp-erp-rec’ ) in language files!ps : I can’t add my edited code here because of your firewall block
