Same here. We employ apprentices and they usually start in September (as per academic year) so our leave policy runs from the 1st October to 31st September.
It would be really useful if we could set random dates in the leave policy creation and not just be restrained to the calendar year dates.In reply to: Leave for the next year
We have the same problem not being able to take leave in the start of the new year.
In Denmark our leave policy is running from first of May to the first of May and not by year. I thought this was figured out by the plugin when I set the effective date in the policy creation to 2017-05-01.Topic: Email Parsing
Hi, is there currently a way to parse emails containing XML? I use your Custom Field Builder and have this data sent from our website to the CRM via Contact Form 7. I’d like to send emails containing XML to WPERP from outside of our website. Can anyone think of a way how to accomplish this?

Thanks for writing.
Actually, leave policies are related to the financial year that can be set up from “ERP Settings -> Settings”
So if you are in the financial year 2018, then you can’t create leave policies for 2019.Hope it was helpful 🙂

BUT: it is far from professional, so I can unfortunately not use it due to lack of some basic functionality
Please consider next features to be part of your short-term Roadmap for the Accounting module to enable much more users:1. Copying entries:

Hey, sorry for the late reply, i was on vacations.. hehe
It isn’t that i’m gonna search the same employee, it was just an example so you didn’t have to add mroe than one emplyoee and do the research… i don’t search the same employee, but its the same result with same or different ones..
I’ve a lot employees, so when someone has to search a lot of employees for any reason, they just search them and then they open the employee in a new tab so they can keep searching in the same tab that they currently are.Its weird that i get the error, like i said, its a 100% clean install..
Maybe there’s a problem with the spanish translation ?.. I’ve wordpress in spanish, but everything is by default. didn’t change a thing.

ERP Asset Manager extension works with WP ERP plugin. You need to use WP ERP to run Asset Manager and if your employees are imported or listed as employees in HR Manager module then you can easily use Asset Manager to manage your club.

Sorry for the late response, I’ve been really busy over the last couple of weeks.
I can give you the steps to reproduce the issue in the Accounting section of ERP.
1) Add some invoices to a Bank & Cash account and mark them as paid then add some expenses to the same Bank & Cash account to create some activity in the system.
2) Go to Chart of Accounts page.
3) Click on the Bank & Cash account with the recent activity.In the erp-accounting-charts page for the account you’ve chosen, you’ll see that the transactions are displaying in the wrong columns. Debits (expense payments) are showing in the Credits column and Credits (paid invoices) are displaying in the Debits column. This is causing balances to be calculated incorrectly.

Hello.
I’ve found an error, and its basically when you search employees, one after another, it will just save the previous url or somethingl ike that, so instead of every search give you for example an URL that its 150 characteres, this will just keep going and adding a longer URL till you get the error.
So, lets say that you need to search 10 employees, you will get the error around the 6~10 depending on how long you make the search and filter.This is an example how long its the search the first time:

I’m unable to make the spanish translattion work. i have downloaded the .po and .mo files from here: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/erp/language-packs named the files erp-es_ES.po and erp-es_ES.mo and place them in the wp_content/languages folder then i select it as a site language from the dashboard general settings press save changes aaannnddd nothing happen, the dashboard labels of the plugin like “HR management” are still in english … any help? Thanks.

However, it is important to know if/when Workflow interworking will be enabled. Can you check with the devs to:
1. Definitively determine if Workflow interworking will be active after release
2. Identify if any filters or hooks will be available to allow custom interworking codeThis information will be very helpful in deciding if the WP ERP and WP Project Manager combination is a viable candidate in the near-term.
