I received an email that the imap issue was resolved but I still am unable to get incoming email.
[email protected]ParticipantI have exactly the same scenario as Cyrus and have also contacted support but to no avail. If the email function worked this would be an excellent product but without it, it just doesn’t provide the complete solution I am looking for. This email issue has been a problem for years. Why has it not yet been resolved? Can someone explain what the issue is? Support only told me that they were aware of the issue but didn’t even explain what it was.

I submitted a ticket, provided access to my site and someone says they checked my site and understand my problem but there has been no fix, nor was I provided with details of what the problem is. I’m VERY unhappy with the service provided for this issue. I was excited about the product and ready to upgrade but the solution is incomplete without email access. The sad part is, this has been an ongoing issue for years. You would think something like this wouldn’t be so complicated but here we are.

[email protected]ParticipantI have set up the smtp and all test emails work but when I try to email an invoice I get a confirmation that the email is sent but the email never actually goes through.
