Hello,
It happens when you have a customer in CRM or a user with the same email address. So, please make sure you do not have any other user/contact/company/customer with the same email address.

This is unexpected if this is not the same person with the same email address! If they are two different people with different email addresses but getting the file shared just because of the same ID in HR and CRM, then it’s a bug and we need to sort it out very soon.

All the default Employee registration form fields are available in the HR Frontend. I’m not sure which you meant specifically.
However, if you mean about the fields created with the custom field builder, that really won’t show on the frontend registration form as the custom field builder is for the backend form only.

The Payroll doesn’t work based on the attendance or it doesn’t have integration between them. You need to manage the payroll separately where you can add or deduct the amount manually.

With the new accounting, Accounts Payable could not be created as it generates the accounts payable dynamically. However, if you can let us know the whole scenario why you trying to create the Accounts Payable account, We can provide a best suggestion/solution based on your requirements π
The accounts create are not deletable anyway. There are several reasons for this restriction. Let’s say, you have an account that had a number of transactions on it. It may have an amount. So, say, an account has 50000$ on it, if you delete the account, where it’ll be listed? And also, an account has reflected on the ledger and other reports, which will break as well.

As I suggested to you on your previous topic, if you are running with the latest version 1.5.5 and yet having these problems, please feel free to get in touch with our support. Sometimes the problem may occur based on the user site environment which we need to check first.

Let’s say, you have a bank account with a $500000 balance on it. This amount has effect/relation with the ledger, trial balance and so on. So, if someone from the accountant team deletes an account, what will happen for these amounts? Yes, for this, the account is not deletable once you create it.
