You can actually take the CRM contacts that have customer life stages to the Accounting customer list. You need to enable the auto-import from the settings. Please follow this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pf4vm5
I hope this will help 🙂
It seems a conflict issue, Tremer. I’d recommend you to check the conflict once and let us know the result 🙂
You can also get help from our support team-> https://wperp.com/contact/
Let’s say, you have a bank account with a $500000 balance on it. This amount has effect/relation with the ledger, trial balance and so on. So, if someone from the accountant team deletes an account, what will happen for these amounts? Yes, for this, the account is not deletable once you create it.
I hope you got my point 🙂
ThanksOctober 2, 2019 at 11:39 am in reply to: Trix version needs to be updated to ensure compatibility with mobile devices #54343
Thanks for your suggestion. I’m adding this on our feature request log and we’ll surely investigate the issue with the current Trix version. We’ll surely update the Trix if we find the problem 🙂
We have tried updating/editing a vendor after hearing from you but all it seems okay so far. The vendor was updated successfully. I hope you have used the ‘edit’ button to update a vendor. Reference screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pd9ntg
However, if this edit doesn’t work for you, then you might have technical difficulties on your site. In such cases, please contact our support center. Our technical team will have a look at this.-> https://wperp.com/contact/
Actually, it’s taking to the Employee leave profile once the Employee clicks on the leave on the Calander. We kept this way for the employee to have a look on their leave profile, including all the other leave details he/she has.
Tooltip on hovering over the calendar leave will only show his/her current leave details, which he/she can see without hovering.
However, I’m keeping this as a feature request log, we may consider this in the near future. Most of the changes come based on the user request, so, thanks for reaching out 🙂
I’d recommend you to contact on weLab with the details of your requirements-> https://wedevs.com/welab
It seems a technical issue which needs to be checked. I’d request you please log in to your WPERP account and create a Support Ticket here: https://wperp.com/my-account/create-new-ticket/ or you can drop your query here: https://wperp.com/contact/
Our Tech-Support superheroes will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within a business day. 🙂
The file …../erp/modules/accounting/assets/js/admin.js/ will be reset and get your customization removed once WPERP gets updated. So, this is not an appropriate way to customize the plugin.
Anyway, compiling process is kinda hard unless you are a Pro developer. You need to have Node installed. Then you’ll need to run ‘npm install’ command, then ‘npm run build’.
The WooCommerce product and products in WPERP are not the same. Both are being managed individually and they don’t have synchronization. So, the latest order and purchase on WooCommerce doesn’t reflect the ERP accounting data.
Please make sure your site date format and the WPERP date fore are same. You can select the WPERP date from wp-admin->WPERP->Settings. Reference screenshot: https://prnt.sc/p31e4q
If it doesn’t help, do not hesitate to contact our support center. We’ll help you out 🙂

I’m sorry but it’s not possible to add Viber, Telegram or WhatsApp in CRM by default at this moment. However, I’m taking this as a feature request. We may consider this in the future if we get a similar request a few more.
