Topic: Date of Birth > Year Range
How can I change the year range for employee date of birth?
My client has employees 60+ years old but I can only choose from 1969, how about those who are in 1950s?
I checked the code but couldn’t find it.
Though I am using the free version, please help me.Topic: Compensation issues
Two main needs for the compensation features of the HR module:
1. Annual Salary Pay Type
Most full-time employees are paid based on an annual salary, but currently that is not an option in the “Pay Type” dropdown. If there’s a simple filter PHP snippet to add that as an option I’d love to use that. Our employees are paid an annual salary and raises are in relation to their annual salary. Naturally they are paid bi-weekly, so I’m using that for now, but for the purposes of the HR module it would be more instructive for us in the “Salary History Reports” to see the Annual Salaries.Even in the Github issue where you implemented the Salary Reports, you show a report reflecting Annual Salary:
https://github.com/wp-erp/wp-erp/issues/302. Support Currency
It would be helpful to have a global option to set what the company currency is and have that reflected automatically in all compensations.Additionally, it seems the reports act strange if a currency is placed in the compensation field — though there is no validation that prevents that from happening. So for consistency it would be helpful to either validate against currencies in the field, or have the currency reflected automatically.
Of course multiple currencies becomes an issue or concern as well, but a good “MVP” feature would be global currency support.
Thanks!
Chiming in based on this issue I created:
https://github.com/wp-erp/wp-erp/issues/819#issuecomment-490991079The Document Manager works great in combination with HR features in the Admin. But currently the documents that are uploaded to employees profiles are NOT visible via the HR Frontend at all. This means we cannot use the HR Frontend as we hoped.
This would be an excellent and needed feature so that the HR Frontend has all the necessary features that the Admin currently has as well.
Trying to import customers into the CRM Module keeps kicking back an error:500 on the page. After going back into the module afterwards of the over 100+ customers that we were trying to import only 38 came through and they didn’t come through with all their information intact. We imported using the sample spreadsheet provided within the module. The HR Import function works without issues. This began with the last update to the plugin that came through in April. Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated, I’m not even sure where to begin to look within the code itself. Thanks.
Topic: Three issues in HR module…
Hi…
I have been testing the HR module (CRM and Accounting are disabled)
(WPERP Core)Until now I have encountered three issues maybe you can help me with these:
1. The red Inactive Stamp over employee profile photos still showing despite the employee has Active status.
2. The NOTES, PERFORMANCE and PERMISSION tabs disappear when I’m viewing an employee profile that has been configured as Reporting to me/my account… (my acccount has permission HR manager ) ( If I seeing other employee’s profile that reporting to somebody else then these tabs are showing well).
3. The NOTES tab form are doing nothing when I write some text and submit the content. The form just clearing and nothing registered nowhere.
