Add Inactive Status and Change Status Style
A company functions with active employees. But at some point in time, some employees become inactive or they resigned. With WP ERP HRM you can add status to the employees.
Click on the Edit button situated below the employee name.
As you can see there are some options for status available. like,
- Inactive: If an employee is on a long vacation or sick.
- Deceased: If an employee dies
- Terminated: In the case of involuntary separation
- Resigned: If an employee decides to leave the company.
Choose any one of the options and hit Update Employee.
The status will be changed.
If you click on the employee name, you can see that there will be a stamp on the employee profile picture.
