To use the contact filtering & search segment features, navigate to WP Admin Dashboard → WP ERP → CRM → Contacts.
There are 3 ways to filter your contacts – Filter by Status/Life Stage, Filter by Owner, and Filter by Segment.
1. Filter by Life Stage/Status
Contacts can be filtered by their life stage [Customer, Lead, Opportunity, Subscriber].
Simply click on the labels located above to filter the contacts accordingly.
2. Filter by Owner
3. Filter by Search Segment
This is a tool to create more advanced searches using all the fields from the contact profile by running customized arguments. These searches can be saved and later converted to contact groups.
Creating a Search Segment
Click on the button Search Segment.
Select Add Filter and then select your relevant field from the drop-down.
Two more drop-downs will open up. Select the fields as appropriate.
Click the tick mark to finalize the segment, cross mark for deleting the segment.
You can also select the Or Filter to create further parameters and conditions.
The Or Filter opens up a new filter.
You can also use the Add Filter to create additional conditions in the same filter.
Save the segment using a name. If you check Make segment available for all users then all other CRM agents will be able to use this search.
Loading a Search Segment
Select the saved segment from the drop-down menu.
