How to turn saved search into contact groups

You can turn saved search into contact groups very easily.

Go to the contact list first from CRM:

In order to do so, you have to navigate to WP Admin Dashboard → WP ERP → CRM → Contacts. After having navigated to the location, assume that you have the following contacts :

Customize your search by adding filters :

Now, click on the Search Segment button to get Add Filter button. Here is a screenshot:

Now, hit the Add Filter button and you will find a drop-down menu. There you will see a bunch of items for adding a filter when you search for a particular group of contacts. Suppose, you would like to search based on Life Stage.

After selecting Life Stage you will find another drop-down menu including items regarding types of Life Stage. You just need to specify the type. Let’s we select Lead from the drop-down:

Click on the tick mark to initiate the group search process as indicated in the screenshot by a red arrow. When you click on that tick mark you will get a group of contacts based on the Life Stage’s Lead. Here are the search results:

Name and save the contact group that you got after the search:

Now, it’s time to save these search results in contact groups! Just click on the Save Contact Group button in order to make it happen.

After clicking on the Save Contact Group button, you will be required to name the group. Type in whatever name you wish. Let’s give a name “XYZ contacts”. Then, hit Save:

That’s all! You have made it through! You will see an alert message popping up on the top of your web page on your success.

Now, it’s time to check whether the searched contact groups have really been saved or not! To do so, navigate to WP Admin Dashboard → WP ERP → CRM → Contact Groups. Here on this location, you will find your saved contact groups that you searched earlier. Take a look at it:
