Add Inactive Status and Change Status Style
A company operates with active employees, but over time, some may become inactive or resign. With WP ERP HRM, you can easily update an employee’s status.
Simply click the Edit button located below the employee’s name to modify their status.

As you can see, there are some options for status available. like,
- Active
- Inactive: If an employee is on a long vacation or is sick.
- Deceased: If an employee dies
- Terminated: In the case of involuntary separation
- Resigned: If an employee decides to leave the company.
Choose any one of the options and hit Update Employee.

The status will be changed.

When you click on the employee’s name, their profile will display a “Inactive” stamp on their profile picture, indicating their current status.
