The Reporting feature of HR module allows your Manager to get statistical data about your employees. For example, a comparison of how many people are working in your company department-wise. Or, a sketch of gender and age of your employees.

To find Reporting, go to WP Dashboard→HR Management→Reporting.

Currently you can generate reports based on:

1. Age
2. Gender
3. Head-count
4. Salary history
5. Experience
6. Leaves
